Agreement
By accessing or using KarmaAgent, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What KarmaAgent Does
KarmaAgent helps users analyze their website, identify public Reddit conversations, rank potential leads, and generate draft comments, replies, posts, or messages. KarmaAgent is a software tool and does not guarantee customers, revenue, rankings, engagement, platform approval, or business results.
Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for your account, website, product claims, messages, posts, replies, and use of generated content.
- You must review AI-generated output before using it.
- You must comply with applicable laws, Reddit rules, third-party platform policies, advertising rules, privacy rules, and anti-spam requirements.
- You may not use KarmaAgent to harass, spam, deceive, scrape unlawfully, violate platform rules, or infringe third-party rights.
AI Output
AI-generated content may be wrong, incomplete, offensive, noncompliant, or unsuitable for your use case. KarmaAgent does not provide legal, financial, marketing, or compliance advice. You are solely responsible for deciding whether and how to use any output.
No Platform Affiliation
KarmaAgent is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Reddit, Google, or any other third-party platform unless expressly stated in writing.
Availability and Changes
We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of KarmaAgent at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, data availability, or that any particular feature will remain available.
Payments and Trials
Paid plans, trials, renewals, refunds, and cancellations are governed by the checkout terms shown at purchase and by the payment provider. Unless required by law or expressly stated, fees are non-refundable.
Intellectual Property
KarmaAgent and its software, design, branding, workflows, and content are owned by KarmaAgent or its licensors. You retain responsibility for content you submit and for your use of generated output.
Disclaimer of Warranties
KarmaAgent is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KarmaAgent and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits; lost revenue; lost data; reputational harm; account restrictions; platform bans; or business interruption. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to KarmaAgent in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or $100 if you have not paid us.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless KarmaAgent and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, your generated or posted messages, your violation of these terms, your violation of law, or your violation of third-party rights or platform rules.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these terms, created risk, caused harm, or used the service in a way that may expose us or others to liability.
